Project includes demolition, removal and offsite disposal of existing tri-met site elements, erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, mass excavation of site soils, earthwork, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water). Additional elements install water feature equipment vault and surge tank for the proposed plaza area.
