A 27 acre retail development constructed on a landfill. This project included massive amounts of soil-cement treating, full site development including: erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, earthwork, mass grading, cement soil stabilization, storm water detention facilities, bio swales, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water) A very elaborate and innovative use of cement soil stabilization was used not only for all building pads and parking areas but for utility sub grade stabilization as well, saving the developer hundreds of thousands of dollars in pile supports and imported granular fill.
