A +/- 22 acre project constructing a single story 320,795 SF tilt-up industrial shell building for Holland Partner Group. Project includes the demolition of site elements including trees and vegetation, erosion control, protective barriers and waste removal, earthwork, cement soil stabilization, surcharge placement and removal, excavation and all site utilities, structures and facilities.
