Description- a 65 acre regional distribution center with over 15 acres under roof for Dollar Tree Stores. This project included massive amounts of soil-cement treating, Project included full site development including: erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, earthwork, mass grading, cement soil stabilization, storm water detention facilities, bio swales, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water). A very elaborate and innovative use of cement soil stabilization was used not only for the building pad and all parking areas but for equipment haul roads during construction periods in order to ensure timely project completion.
Project Cost: $4,411,000.00
