115th Commerce Park
A +/- 15 acre commercial business park with 282,000 SF of commercial/warehouse tilt panel buildings located in Tualatin, Oregon. Project included complete site development, erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, earthwork, hard rock excavation (drilling, shooting and crushing for project aggregate needs), cement soil stabilization, surcharging, storm water detention facilities, bio swales, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water). Additional elements self-performed on this site included the cement amending of all parking area and building pad subgrade, and survey/layout
