A +/- 45 acre retail development constructed in Wilsonville, Oregon. This project included massive amounts of soil-cement treating, erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, earthwork, mass grading, structural excavation, storm water detention facilities, bio swales, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water), and franchise utilities. Additional elements self-performed on this site included the cement amending of all road, parking and building pad subgrade and survey/layout
