A 75.25 acre development, located along HWY 101 three miles south of Astoria in Warrenton. Project included full site development including: erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, earthwork, cement soil stabilization, storm water detention facilities, bio swales, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water), sanitary sewer lift station and force main, paving, sidewalk, signing, striping, electrical (including traffic signals), franchise utilities and landscape. Additional elements self-performed on this site included the cement amending of all onsite soils (including fill material, building pads, parking subgrade and road subgrade), survey/layout and wetland creation/enhancement.
