Full remodel of City of Portland Parks Golf Course. Project included erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, earthwork, mass grading, structural excavation, storm water detention facilities, bio swales, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water), over 5 miles of concrete cart paths and full irrigation for all 18 holes.
Project Cost: $3,962,613.96
