Public road and sidewalk, located in downtown Hillsboro at the intersection of E. Main St. and SE 4th Ave as a part of the 4th & Main-mix-use project for the city of Hillsboro. Project included full right of way demolition & road construction, erosion control, earthwork, underground utilities (storm sewer), concrete paving, sidewalk, signing, striping, franchise utilities, and landscape.
