A +/- 15 acre commercial site with 92,338 SF Industrial Data Center located along HWY 26, northeast of Hillsboro, Oregon. Project includes complete site development, erosion control, clearing, grubbing, stripping, earthwork, cement soil stabilization, storm water detention facilities, bio swales and, underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water). Additional elements self-performed on this site included the cement amending of all parking area and building pad subgrade.
